The Blacksburg Library After-School Program is held Monday through Thursdays through the academic school year at Blacksburg Public Library. This program is open to all local elementary school students. Student's parents or guardians must sign a committment contract before their child may be enrolled in the program. If you would like to have more information on how your child can get involved with the after-school tutoring program at the library, please contact us.

Hello! My name is Angela Machnak and I am a junior at Virginia Tech, majoring in Finance. I have been tutoring with the Literacy Corps for three semesters now and enjoy working with the children and fellow tutors. I grew up in Virginia Beach and love everything about it. I am very easygoing and love having a good time. I am looking forward to another great semester with everyone!
