The Virginia Tech Community Literacy Corps (VTCLC) is a federal workstudy based program that works with local elementary schools to help encourage development in both reading and mathematics.We partner with local schools to provide tutoring to elementary students within their classrooms. We are also able to tutor local students after school hours in the Blacksburg library.
